General Terms and Conditions of Business

To fix the reservation a deposit of at least 35% of the booked arrangement - free of charges for the beneficiary - has to be paid into the bank account according to our booking confirmation as soon as possible, preferable via online banking. In case of bookings on short notice,
please make sure that the deposit will be on our account before the day of your arrival.
The remaining bill can then be paid, only cash as we do not accept any credit- or EC-cards, during your stay.
Please note, that we may cancel online bookings within 24 hours.

Last-minute bookings:
If the deposit cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time, any booking requests are only to be fixed personally via email or fax. Be aware that any online booking without any guaranteed deposit, even when followed by an automatically generated confirmation, will not be valid and the booked arrangement therefore may not be available.

Payment:
The remaining amount may be paid only cash, as we do not accept any credit- or EC-cards, during your stay. Alternatively, you can make another deposit - free of charges for the beneficiary - in advance.

Cancellation policy:
Please note that the booked length of stay as well as the number of guests and rooms are binding.
Any cancellation is free of charge only up to 28 days before the day of arrival. Any cancellation up to 21 days before the day of arrival will cause a loss of the deposit. In case of later cancellations, no show as well as any shortenings of the booked stay the whole arrangement will be fully charged according to the reservation.
Any cancellations or requests for a change are to be done by email (in case of online booking please do not forget to inform us about your booking number) or by fax.

We recommend to take out an insurance policy. The insurance premium is 5% of the cost of the booked stay.
